WRITING "DESCRIBING A WORK OF ART" Lara 4 eso

 Gioconda was painted  by Leonardo da Vinci in 1504.  It is  an image of a woman.  It  is  a realistic painting. In the picture you can see a beautiful young woman, she seems to look at the viewer. The painting is very expressive.

The woman is highlighted because it is the most important aspect of the painting.  The artist uses contrast colours to express the importance of the woman. It appears to me that the woman is happy. In the background there is a landscape of varied colours used by the artist.

I think the woman is someone very important in the painter’s life. Lara 4ºA
