Writing "Describing a work of art" Cherchi 4 eso

AJOS CON CEBOLLA  JOSÉ MORENO | SPEAKING OF ART

Ajos con cebolla is a work of art painted by the famous artist José Moreno in 2013.
The artist shows a still life painting. He uses the watercolour technique to paint. His style is realistic, and a little modern at the same time, because he uses long strokes to paint the onion and the garlic. Of course he paints on a watercolour paper. This work of art is dominated by cool colours, except the onion, where the warm colours dominate. The background is a variation of one colour: blue. The food looks as if it exists in three dimensions, but it also looks as a flat figure. The picture shows three vegetables: two garlics and an onion. Maybe the artist wanted to show the life in this work of art. Its a little curious. Its hard to know if its only a painting, or if it has a meaning behind this food. I have chosen this picture because I like still life paintings, and of course I have chosen this one because I think (in my opinion) its not only a painting, it has a hidden meaning.
