I´m going to write my opinion about the second video of the blog, in this case, the video, it´s less difficult to understand that the first one because the person who talk in the video is Spanish person, and he keep his voice down, it´s very different that the other video (we must record that in the first video, the chef speaks very loudly and fast), because in this case, the Spanish chef speaks quietly or softly and it´s easier to understand him, we must say that in this case, there are more vocabulary than the other text, but with the images, we can make sense of the information that he gives in the text, it´s interesant when he cook the recipe, he´s giving information all the time about the food, if we think about it, we´ll understand the intention of the chef, he try to teach us the way of cook. It´s interesant the vocabulary that he uses, because I think that we´ll learn many things if we listen the video, he says many things of vocabulary, free sample: egg white, chorizo, successful at home, take a look, garlic, aroma…; there´re many examples that learn us many things about the vocabulary of the cookery.

  3. Hi! I'm Silvia Mendoza Hernández.
I think this video is worse than the other, this recipe is more or less easy but I don't like at all. The man who is explain it talk in english but he is spanish and it shows in his pronunciation. Bur with this, spanish people can understand it better. The recipe is very spanish and we know it, so for english or american people it's a new thing.
Finally, I think this video is good, but I prefer 'Cookin with Charlie'.

  4. This video it is worse. The recipe is very extrange and I don't like the yellow egg raw!. So I'll never do that recipe. I love how he says: chorizo, it is very funny but his pronunciation is very bad, the pronunciation is very spanish. He speak slowly and uses easy words so it isn't dificult to understand.

This video is easier to understand that another video, because the cook is Spanish and he speaks as any of us and helps to understand it better, also the plate is simple, so we know what ingredients this one using and can follow the cook. He uses simple words.
